The location was excellent and good and the public parking was nearby. We ordered lunch at Gli Ostinati Srl, located metres from the venue...

had beautifully decorated, atmospheric room with splendid bathrooms, tacky decor, for instance. coffee/tea making machines and glassware were very handy. as for me, the location was magnificent and unbeatable, very close to all resturants and shopping areas, beautiful arezzo, and historic town centre. it also was very close to the piero church of santa francesco.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent garage service, even if a bit expensive (€ 22/night), the hotel is in a pedestrian area, but you can drop the car at the hotel entrance ed have it the following morning.
"Classic" room, but small. The hotel has no lift, so yuo have to carry your luggage.

This small hotel offers a huge variety of well-maintained and well-appointed rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and very sympathetic and you can park your car nearby. The location is favourable, as the property is based to the trains. The bets part that it's close to a back alley through steel bars, all resturants and the historic center of Arezzo which is absolutely charming.

Excellent, helpful staff. Excellent position near S Francesco church, and walking distance of Piazza Grande and railway station. My room was very comfortable for one person. Wonderful wide stone staircase: In the centre of the lovely old town of Arezzo. Would happily stay there next year.
Strangely, no lift in a 4* hotel, but staff volunteered to carry luggage up. WiFi iffy... although free.

The location of the hotel is next to the Piazza Pio II, so it is very convenient. I was excited to find that the entrance of the hotel faces the cloister. Although we booked the Deluxe Double room, we were offered the better room with beautiful scenery. Landscape from the window of the room was magnificent. I could see beautiful Toscana plain and mountains. Breakfast was good.
Bathtub and shower curtain were not clean. They were only disappointing points.

Very unique interior design. Our room was maisonetto style with unique ornaments and mainly purple. I liked the high-quality bath amenity cosmetics ( Erbario Toscano ). Staff including breakfast staff were very kind and friendly. The receptionist arranged a taxi for us to Cortona. Location was excellent, just a few steps to the famous church Basilica di San Francesco.
