This small hotel offers a huge variety of well-maintained and well-appointed rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and very sympathetic and you can park your car nearby. The location is favourable, as the property is based to the trains. The bets part that it's close to a back alley through steel bars, all resturants and the historic center of Arezzo which is absolutely charming.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.
The price of the hotel was on the higher side compared to other options in the area. However, I felt that the convenient location and the quality of the hotel made up for the higher cost.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better as it was so near to everything we were interested in seeing. The hotel facilities were excellent, with lovely, differently decorated rooms that were quiet despite being in the center of the city. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
Nothing that we didn't like.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the heart of town and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right next to the beautiful Church of San Francesco. I loved being able to walk everywhere and explore the city easily. The staff at this place was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with restaurant recommendations and making ticket reservations for me. They even went above and beyond by helping me find a camera shop when I needed to buy a memory card. The service was top-notch!

The hotel's location in the historic center of this charming city was perfect. It was right next to the Church of San Francesco, and everything we were interested in seeing was within walking distance.
Couldn't fault. The main shower couldn't get warm, but luckily there was a sauna shower that heated up after a while.

During my recent stay at Graziella Patio, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even helped me find information about a local festival! The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and centrally located. The room itself was beautiful, with lots of extras and a comfortable bed. Despite being in the heart of the city, the room was surprisingly quiet. I had a wonderful experience at Graziella Patio and would highly recommend it. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a great location. The room had a unique character with beautiful furnishings and plenty of natural light streaming in through the big windows. The air conditioning was not only effective, but also quiet, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. The mini fridge in the room was a convenient feature, perfect for storing some of our belongings. Additionally, the hotel offered valet parking for a reasonable fee, making it easy to navigate the narrow streets and find a secure spot for our car. The central location meant that there were several options for breakfast just outside the hotel, which was a bonus. Despite being surrounded by bars, the requested quiet room delivered a peaceful and relaxing stay. Arezzo itself was a delightful mix of locals and tourists, making it a memorable destination for us. I highly recommend this hotel for its character, location, and thoughtful amenities.
